   As of Spring Semester 2021, Shou Shan employed 118 teachers. Among our staff, 4 hold doctorate, 97 hold master's degrees, and 17 hold bachelor’s degrees. Their average age is 39. These young, inspiring, responsible, and experienced staff members interact well with one another and the student body.
